Semplicemente Vino Bianco by Cascina degli Ulivi is an agile and fruity wine produced with white grapes from vineyards that rest on red and clayey soils. The name "52 Fuochi" (52 Hearths) alludes to the ancient *Descriptio Romandiole* census of 1371, which recorded the 52 families belonging to the parish of San Nicola di Baccagnano. PerlaGioia is Ancarani's entra wine. The grapes used are local white grapes which are harvested in several stages in the vineyard so that the first starts with spontaneous fermentation and the last is harvested with more mature grapes. Aging on the lees for 3 months and decanting in cement vats to clear the wine. Rest in the bottle for 3 months before being put on the market. No filtration. The nose is delicate with notes of white and yellow flowers of hawthorn and broom, light citrus smells and officinal herbs. On the palate it is dry, mineral and with good flavor. Final that gives us a slight tannins.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise.
