The short aging in cement, for two months, allows the wine to develop a certain minerality without the influence of the wood, thus keeping the fresh and fruity characters intact. Girotondo Rosso stands out for its liveliness and élan, making it an ideal companion for light and fresh dishes, but also for moments of conviviality with friends.
