"Nino" is a wine obtained from pure red grapes which is aged in first and second passage French oak barriques for 16 months. On the nose elegant aromas of red fruit and flowers, with spicy and mineral notes. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, with well-blended tannins, and nice freshness. Persistent finish on fruity notes.

Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.

The Ruchè by Gatto vinifies in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 4 days. A third of the grapes follow an aging of 6 months in cement tanks. It is a bright ruby-colored wine. The nose perceives a fine and persistent bouquet with notes of rose and red fruit. In the mouth it is round and full, of great elegance, slightly tannic with a long persistence and flavors of ripe cherries.

Montemarino di Cascina degli Ulivi is a white wine made from grapes of old vines worked in biodynamic and macerated for 3 days on the skins. The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. After harvesting the grapes by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously in a concrete tank. Stabilization is natural. Refine in large barrels before being bottled after 4 or 5 years after the harvest without any filtration. A wine that has a ruby red color with orange reflections. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of flowers and red fruit, followed by spicy notes. The taste is full-bodied, tannic with a sweet aftertaste.

A 'la Voleè by Fra I Monti is a sparkling wine produced through the second fermentation in the bottle from white grapes. For the second fermentation in the bottle the same must is used, preserved until the following spring, a period in which the foaming takes place. It is not filtered or disgorged, it is therefore exposed with an evident deposit. A 'la Voleè is a very carefree and friendly bubble that gives aromas of citrus and yellow apple, and a fresh acidity in the mouth, and a surprising pleasantness to drink.
