"Sa Mama 'e Su Sole" by Ilaria Addis is a white wine of great charm, captivating and saline. The grapes come from vines about 30 years old, which are found on granite soils. "Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.

Alpino by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

Antolini's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a red wine scented with red fruits, and which is fresh, savory on the palate, with velvety and enveloping tannins. Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, Ripasso is a bridge between the young Valpolicella and the "adults" Amarone and Recioto because it is produced by refermenting the vintage wine for 5/7 days on the pomace of the dried Amarone and Recioto grapes . Naked Red by Weingut Heinrich is a light, harmonious and juicy red wine, born from a marriage of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Saint Laurent.
