Pecoranera is a tannic wine, with good acidity and softness obtained from red grapes. The Pecoranera ages for a few years in barrels of various sizes and then undergoes a very long aging process in the bottle, approximately 8 years. The wine is not filtered before being bottled. It has an intense ruby color. The nose releases aromas of ripe red fruits followed by ethereal and spicy notes. The sip is warm, full-bodied, soft, with good freshness and with velvety tannins. Closes with a good length.

Valpolicella Ripasso di Monte dei Ragni is a full-bodied, structured red wine, the younger brother of Amarone. It is vinified with the Ripasso technique and aged for about 30 months in old large barrels.

Stamas is a red wine obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It then refines a few years in old wooden barrels. Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

The Barolo Ravera di Principiano is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from an almost fifty-year-old vineyard located in the Ravera sub-area in Monforte d'Alba. Refine for twenty-four months in 15-hectolitre barrels. The nose is intense with hints of dark fruit, black cherries and black cherries, followed by tertiary notes of spices, leather, tobacco and incense. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, balanced and structured, with fine and elegant tannins. It closes long on fruity notes.
