The Barbera d'Alba DOC by Olek Bondonio is a wine made from grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard. Ferments with the skins for two weeks and refines in large barrels and steel. It is a broad-shouldered barbera, where acidity, tannin and fruit come out strongly. A wine with character, it releases energy but also elegance and cleanliness.

Barbaresco Roncagliette by Olek Bondonio is a pure Nebbiolo in the Michet and Lampia sub-varieties, from 35-year-old vines to 280 meters above sea level. from the Roncagliette cru in the municipality of Barbaresco. Soft destemming and long maceration with the skins for almost a month. Refine in oak barrels of 10 and 15 hectoliters, where it remains for up to 20 months. Pinot Nero di Segni di Langa is a red wine which ages for 9 months in barriques of 2, 3 and 4 years. Ruby red in color with purple nuances. The nose is characterized by fruity hints reminiscent of morello cherries, raspberries and undergrowth aromas, spicy notes, cinnamon and cloves. The sip is fresh and lively, with elegant tannins that make it round and harmonious, offering a very pleasant drink.

Cascina Roccalini's Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes. Aging is in concrete tanks for eight months. Before bottling, it does not undergo clarification or fi ltration. The color is bright ruby red. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, spicy notes and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced and full, with delicate tannins and a very long finish.
