Centesimino is a red wine obtained from the Centesimino grape, also called Savignôn Rosso. Elegant wine with an intense ruby red color with garnet veins. The Colline Novaresi DOC Spanna by Cantine del Castello Conti is a tasty and pleasant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes. Transparent ruby red wine. Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.
