Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. The wine expresses itself with aromatic hints that mainly recall yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers, while the sip shows a sweet, soft and persistent nature on the palate.

Aging: 16 months in concrete tank, 5% undergoes a passage in oak tonneau.

The Chianti by Casale is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes that come from old 50-year-old vines grown in biodynamic. It ages for eight years in a concrete tank and 2 years in a large chestnut barrel. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of ripe red berry fruit, dried fruit, floral with notes of incense. The sip is very large and elegant, with integrated tannins and good freshness. Closes persistently.

Toseo di La Ricolla is a fresh red wine that comes from a blend of Cigliegiolo and Sangiovese. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Sacrisassi Rosso is an elegant and velvety red wine that comes from a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Aging takes place for 22 months in barrique. It has a ruby red color with intense aromas of red fruit, ink, black pepper and china. The palate confirms this spiciness and the fruity note remains in the mouth for a long time.
