Due Corvi by Gonella Vini is a red wine is a pleasantly fine wine and, at the same time, with a well-defined character. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for at least 45 days and then aging in steel for 10 months. The nose is expressed with delicate floral notes, hints of undergrowth and spicy tones. On the palate it is soft, enveloping, with a pleasant fullness and juicy drinkability.

The Saumur-Champigny of the Domaine des Roches Neuves is a fresh and elegant red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes only, the most cultivated red berried grape in the Saumur area where it has perfectly acclimatised thanks to the particularity of the soil and climate. It ages for 4 months in steel and oak vats before being bottled. At sight it is ruby red in color. The nose expresses beautiful notes of blackberry, violet, coffee and leather. In the mouth it is full and tasty, fresh and well defined. Excellent closure, clean and persistent.

Rosmarinus' Rossese di Dolceacqua Alpicella is a fine and delicate wine that is produced with the grapes of the same name. The grapes come from a small parcel cultivated in biodynamic which is located near Alpicella. After manual harvesting, in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and without temperature control, with maceration on the skins for about 15 days. After racking, it ages in steel for 12 months. Elegant. A wine that tastes of aromatic herbs, orange peel and brackish memories.
