RED WINES

The "Mephisto" by Domaine de l'Ecu is a red wine produced with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. Refinement takes place for 15 months in terracotta amphora and old oak barrels. No clarification and filtration before being bottled. On the nose there are notes of red fruit, small thefts of the forest, enriched by hints of undergrowth and dried flowers. On the palate it is complex, full-bodied, warm, fleshy, with a pleasant freshness and lively tannins. Long finish for an extraordinary wine.

The Majulina is a fragrant, fresh and juicy red wine, obtained from a blend of Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo Nero, Colorino, Aleatico and other minor autochthonous vines that it refines in steel and has a ruby ​​red color. The nose expresses aromas of red fruit with a spicy finish. In the mouth it is dry, fresh and juicy with excellent drinkability.y.

Aging: 10 months in steel and cement, then another 4 months in the bottle.
