Segreto by Cascina Ebreo is an extraordinary powerful and elegant red wine made from red grapes. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 26-30 months. It is bottled without filtration and remains in the bottle at least two years before being put on the market. The glass has a ruby red color with purple reflections. Deep nose where fruity, spicy and menthol notes are released. In the mouth it is warm, enveloping, sturdy with a very long finish. An unforgettable wine.

Francesco presents us this little gem produced in only 400 bottles, produced with red grapes. The grapes that grow on clayey soils are left to overripe on the plant. Harvested in the first week of September, after destemming the must is slowly fermented in barriques where it is refined for 7 years. The gradual drainage determines a slight oxidation helping to define an intense, territorial wine with an incredible complexity.

Etoile Du Raisin is a wine of extraordinary organoleptic intensity, and is satisfying in all respects. It is ruby red in color with spicy, red fruit aromas. In the mouth it is dry, pulpy, soft, nervous, of extraordinary intensity and balance and with a very long finish. A small masterpiece.
