Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. The wine expresses itself with aromatic hints that mainly recall yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers, while the sip shows a sweet, soft and persistent nature on the palate.

Aging: 16 months in concrete tank, 5% undergoes a passage in oak tonneau.

Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

Baimara, which in the Cimbrian language means "fruit of the vine," represents Gabriele and Giulia's most direct and candid interpretation of Valpolicella Classica. It is made from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes hand-picked from the San Floriano vineyard. Aged exclusively in stainless steel, underscoring a stylistic approach focused on purity and immediacy. The wine is agile and luminous, with aromas of crisp cherry, hillside herbs, and a delicate hint of sweet spice. On the palate, it is juicy and linear, supported by a natural balance between freshness and smoothness. The finish is clean and savory, immediately inviting a second sip. Ombra by Farnea is a red wine obtained from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Raboso that come from vines aged up to fifty years. Vinification with carbonic maceration for 12 days. A wine for the whole meal with pleasant flavors of small red fruits in a one liter bottle.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Moropio by Antolini is the king of Valpolicella, produced with grapes harvested in the "Morópio" vineyard, located on the hills of the Marano valley. Obtained with the classic blend of Veronese grapes; Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara. It refines in various types of wood for 24 months followed by refinement in the bottle for 6 to 12 months

Antolini's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a red wine scented with red fruits, and which is fresh, savory on the palate, with velvety and enveloping tannins. Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, Ripasso is a bridge between the young Valpolicella and the "adults" Amarone and Recioto because it is produced by refermenting the vintage wine for 5/7 days on the pomace of the dried Amarone and Recioto grapes . Excellent to taste with first courses with succulent seasonings, red meats and not too mature cheeses.

Pinot Noir Kalipè by Daniele Piccinin is a juicy and drinkable red wine that sees the light only in the best vintages. The grapes come from the vineyards of Bogonara and Sotto Cavazza where the yields per plant are low. Spontaneous fermentation in open vats for 30 days and aging for 10 months in 20 hl barrels.
