Nero d'Avola by Nino Barraco is a soft and complex red wine obtained from the grapes of the same name which ages for 10 months in steel. It has a lively ruby red color, with notes of black mulberry, blackberry, cocoa, black pepper and an elegant hint of star anise and caper. In the mouth it is warm, soft, enveloping, with strong tannins and a marked flavor.

The Susucaru Rosso by Frank Cornelissen is an elegant and Sicilian red wine produced by a blend that includes the majority of Nerello Mascalese and some native vines including Nerello Cappuccio, Minella Nera, Alicante Bouschet and Minella Bianco.
