The "Manca" dei Garagisti di Sorgono is a wine made 1005 cannonau grapes. The grapes come from very old vines trained as sapling on white granite soils. Berteru Sas de Melas is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "del Nuraghe Sas de Melas". Aging in steel tanks for nine months.
