The nose is characterized by fruity hints reminiscent of morello cherries, raspberries and undergrowth aromas, spicy notes, cinnamon and cloves. The sip is fresh and lively, with elegant tannins that make it round and harmonious, offering a very pleasant drink.

Boca by Cantine del Castello Conti is obtained from a blend of three types of grapes: Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Uva Rara. Aging in wooden barrels for 36 months and, in the bottle, another 12 months. On the nose the aromas are elegant, intense with hints of blueberry, flowers, tobacco and white pepper. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced, with good freshness and fine tannins. Very persistent finish.

The Barolo Ravera di Principiano is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from an almost fifty-year-old vineyard located in the Ravera sub-area in Monforte d'Alba. Refine for twenty-four months in 15-hectolitre barrels. The nose is intense with hints of dark fruit, black cherries and black cherries, followed by tertiary notes of spices, leather, tobacco and incense. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, balanced and structured, with fine and elegant tannins. It closes long on fruity notes.
