RED WINES

Cascina Roccalini's Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes. Aging is in concrete tanks for eight months. Before bottling, it does not undergo clarification or fi ltration. The color is bright ruby ​​red. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, spicy notes and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced and full, with delicate tannins and a very long finish.

Alcohol content: 14,5%.

Aging: Concrete tanks for eight months.

The Rosso Colli Tortonesi from Oltretorrente is made from a blend of Barbera and Dolcetto, fermented spontaneously and macerated on the skins for approximately 20 days. It ages for 8 months in concrete vats. The nose offers red fruit, Mediterranean scrub, and spices; the palate is structured, with soft tannins and lively acidity.

Grapes: 90% Barbera, 10% Dolcetto.
