Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore Riserva by Scala is an intense and warm red wine obtained from pure gaglioppo grapes. The grapes come from vines whose average age is around 30 years, which grow at about 200 meters above sea level on a clayey and calcareous soil. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar, and here they are softly pressed, then macerating on the skins for 15 days and fermenting in concrete tanks. In the same tanks the wine rests for 24 months.
