Giuseppe Cortese's Barbaresco Rabajà is a wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from the famous Rabajà vineyard, four hectares facing south, south-west. Spontaneous vinification and aging for 20/22 months in Slavonian oak barrels ranging in size from 17 to 25 hectoliters. A garnet red wine. On the nose, ethereal, pleasant and intense aromas with details of strawberry and raspberry that evolve into hints of spice, leather and undergrowth with aging. On the palate the flavor is dry, warm, full and robust with a rich and harmonious structure.
