"Nzemmulla" by Bruno Ferrara Sardo is an intense red wine that comes from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes on the slopes of Etna. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of small red fruits and spicy hints. On the palate it is of good structure, warm and soft, with a finish of excellent persistence. Nzemmula is memory, but not only: it is a wine that expresses its intrinsic characteristic of sharing, its ability to establish and forge relationships. Hence the choice of the name "´nzemmula" which in the local dialect means "together" and wants to be an invitation to the joy and pleasure of sharing.

“P19” by Criante is a Perricone-based red wine. 6 days of maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging on the fine lees for 8 months. It offers the nose with hints of red pulp fruit. In the mouth it is pleasantly enveloping, characterized by a nice acidity and a soft and enveloping tannic texture. It closes on the fruit, also excellent persistence..

Gueli's "Calcareus" is a full-bodied red wine made from Nero d'Avola grapes. It takes its name from the “Limestone” soils of the Scintilla, rich in calcium, stony and fertile which give the wine great freshness and drinkability. The refinement takes place for 24-30 months in wooden barrels with a capacity of 220 liters, and then, after bottling, the wine ages for another 6 months in glass. A wine that gives hints of ripe cherry, which are followed by notes of aromatic and balsamic herbs. At the sip it is of excellent body, with a decisive and elegant sip, characterized by a good freshness.
