Nikolas Juretic's "Vino Rosso" is a wine of great interest and character, the result of a careful assembly of red grapes and white grape must, which gives the wine unique characteristics. Its taut, long and deep structure make it a complex and satisfying wine, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. The winemaking process involves destemming followed by a 4-5 day maceration in used barriques, and an 11 month refinement in barriques.
