Bourgogne Coulanges la Vineuse Rouge by Vini Viti Vinci is a wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. The reds of this Appellation are characterized by their great softness, finesse. The grapes come from vines grown on limestone and clayey soils. After manual harvesting they are fermented whole with the carbonic maceration technique. Aging in barrique. It is bottled without filtration or clarification, and with a small addition of sulfur. Irancy Coulanges la Vineuse rouge is a deep and bright ruby red color with aromas that recall raspberry, violet and sweet spices. In the mouth it is elegant, soft, characterized by an excellent freshness. Closes on long and precise fruity and floral finishes.

Manual grape harvest and soft pressing done in a small vat with the feet. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of 3 weeks for grapes coming from a parcel of shale. Light alcohol content and scents of fruit and spices for a light, slender and thirst-quenching sip.
