The Rosso Versante Nord is a wine obtained from a blend consisting mainly of Nerello Mascalese, and the remainder from Nerello Capuccio, Alicante and Grenache. Refine for two winters in Slavonian oak barrels. It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose aromas of red fruit, including cherry and plum, with mineral and blood notes. In the mouth it is classy, elegant with a beautiful mineral trace, characterized by a subtle tannic texture and a finish of great personality and persistence

Grapes: 80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Capuccio, Alicante and Grenache.
Alcohol content: 14%.
Aging: 2 years in barrels.

Quota N Vino di Contarada is a red wine that comes from grapes of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Alicante and Grenache produced by Eduardo Torres Acosta, a young Spanish winemaker who has found a second home on the slopes of Etna, and which is positively and energetically upsetting and revolutionizing the vinification of this prestigious production area. A wine that plays a lot on freshness, mineral depth and acidity, with aromas of red berry fruit followed by spicy and herbaceous notes.
