''Organisme Culturel '' by Benoit Delorme represents an atypical Burgundy. It is an atypical Pinot Noir, which puts grace aside in favor of dynamism. Whole cluster vinification without the use of sulphites for 10 days; spontaneous fermentation and aging for 12 months in barrique.

Duc des Nauves” by Château le Puy is a red wine obtained from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon which is aged on the fine lees in small concrete vats for ten months. It is bottled without being clarified or filtered. Wine with a ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are fruity, with hints of cherry and blackberry, followed by floral and balsamic notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with excellent freshness and good drinkability.
