Chénas Les Carrières by Domaine Thillardon is a gamay-based red wine that combines concentration and purity, with notes of wild cherries and other red berries. An expressive, floral wine with a striking refinement. The vinification takes place with whole bunches, with semi-carbonic maceration, then half of the mass rests in used wood for 8 months and the other half in concrete. Malolactic fermentation, unfiltered wine.

Paltieres by Raphael Beysang is a red wine made from 100% Gamay grapes that come from vines planted in 1927 which are found on deep soils of limestone and clay. The whole bunches are harvested by hand in small baskets, while in the cellar the spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration of the whole bunch for about two weeks. A wonderfully fresh wine, with notes of red fruit, the perfect meeting point between complexity and drinkability.

No Sulfite No Cry by Lilian Bauchet is a vibrant and fruity red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. This is followed by a 3-week carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Refine in wood. 100% approved by Bob Marley.
