The Syrah of Domaine des Miquettes is a fruity and highly drinkable red wine made from the grapes of the same name. The Domaine is managed by Paul Estève and Chystelle Vareille, who after having traveled to Georgia were inspired to use amphorae. Syrah lro spontaneously vinifies with a six-month maceration on the skins and another six months of maturation in amphorae. Unfiltered and without added sulphites. Around 4,000 bottles per year

Raptor by Aurete is an excellent wine from local red grapes that grow on clayey-clay soils. Spontaneous fermentation in amphora with maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging on fine lees for 5 months in Artenova amphora. One of those wines that you cannot stop drinking and which is always balanced in the mouth.
