La Cuvée du Chat "is a Gamay-based red wine made in collaboration between Marie Lapierre and Jean-Claude Chanudet. It is ruby red in color. In the mouth it is medium bodied, with amalgamated tannins, endowed with beautiful freshness, it closes long with an aftertaste characterized by a balsamic and spicy taste.
