The Chianti by Casale is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes that come from old 50-year-old vines grown in biodynamic. It ages for eight years in a concrete tank and 2 years in a large chestnut barrel. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of ripe red berry fruit, dried fruit, floral with notes of incense. The sip is very large and elegant, with integrated tannins and good freshness. Closes persistently.

Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Sacrisassi Rosso is an elegant and velvety red wine that comes from a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Aging takes place for 22 months in barrique.
