Ciliegiolo by Andrea Pilar is a red wine of taste and flavour, with a gentle trait but a clear Mediterranean imprint. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks for 15-20 days, very short maceration. Maturation in cement. Medium concentration ruby, aromas of flowers and red fruits, not without some herbaceous and balsamic hints. Juicy and tasty mouth, harmonious but with good backbone and shoulder.

The Merlo Nero di Collecapretta is a wine that is produced from Merlot grapes. Fermentation in open vats with its own yeasts for 6 days and refinement in fiberglass for 8 months. Aromas of blackberry and sweet spices on the nose and notes of humus, wet earth and dry leaves. In the mouth it is rich and fat but the tannic presence and acidity preserve elegance and poise. The finish is of coffee and currants.

Andrea Pilar's Syrah is a red wine with dark but sweet tones like a summer night, ready to captivate to give freedom. Spontaneous fermentation in steel containers and maceration for no more than 10 days; malolactic fermentation carried out in large truncated cone French oak barrels of various passages (almost exhausted) mixing the noble lees. Maturation in large barrels for at least 8-10 months. Bottling with a minimal addition of sulphur. Dark ruby wine with violet reflections, it has aromas of dark fruit then balsamic and spicy. Tight yet slender mouth, complex and with intriguing reverberations of black pepper.

Le Campette by Raina is a balanced and vibrant red wine made from a blend of Merlot, Sagrantino, Sangiovese. It is presented in a ruby red glass. Lautazio is a red wine made from Ciliegiolo grapes that ages in glass-cement containers for the whole winter and undergoes the first racking with the waning February moon. It is repotted at the end of March and then bottled in early April. The nose is vinous with aromas of cherries and violets, flanked by an ancient cellar perfume.
