Spirito Agricolo's Barolo Tre Ciabót is an authentic expression of the Langhe, where tradition and innovation meet in a wine that tells the story of the region. The Nebbiolo grapes, hand-picked from small plots (called "ciabòt"), are vinified using natural methods, respecting the rhythm of nature and the harmony of the landscape. A deep garnet red, this Barolo opens on the nose with notes of ripe red fruit, cherry, and raspberry, enriched with spicy nuances of black pepper and vanilla, with hints of dried flowers and leather.
