The Ca' Rosso Valpolicella DOC of Il Monte Caro is a red wine obtained from the classic vines of Valpolicella: corvina, corvinone and rondinella. Refine in steel. A wine characterized by hints of cherry and floral. On the palate it is fragrant, balanced, characterized by a good persistence. A Valpolicella respectful of the territory.

Valpolicella Ripasso di Monte dei Ragni is a full-bodied, structured red wine, the younger brother of Amarone. It is vinified with the Ripasso technique and aged for about 30 months in old large barrels.
Region: Veneto.
Grapes: 55% Corvina Veronese, 40% Rondinella, 5% Molinara.
Alcohol content: 15.5%.
Aging: In oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle.

"El Gat Ros" by Carolina Gatti is a red wine for its lightness and rusticity of drink. Maceration on the skins and fermentation for about ten days with frequent punching down and pumping over; the wine ages in concrete tanks and ages in the bottle for at least three months. Cocoa bean, coffee and blackberry. Slender and flowing mouth.

Brio Pop is a fresh and fruity red wine that ages in steel and has a lively ruby red color. The nose expresses aromas of red pulp fruits and flowers, with spicy and vinous notes. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and savory, with a harmonious and pleasant finish.
Grapes: Cabernet Franc, Barbera and Tocai Rosso.

Monte Caro amarone is an important and structured red wine made exclusively from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. Refine in barrel according to specification. The glass is intense ruby red in color. The nose reveals intense and clear hints of ripe cherry, black cherry, small berries, followed by spicy notes. In the mouth it is dry, soft, enveloping, of good freshness and great balance.
