Casse Tete by Es d'Aqui Jean-Louis Pinto is a deep and complex red wine, made from equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan. Vinification with maceration on the skins for twenty days in whole bunches and refinement on the fine lees in terracotta jars. The nose reveals intense and pleasant hints of ripe red fruit, followed by a full and balanced sip, with fine and smooth tannins.

Carbonic vinification in cement for 6 hours, followed by aging in Burgundian barriques for 5 months. All made in a simple and essential way, so that Le P'tit Bonhomme was the interpreter of the terroir that sees it born. A red that will give you small but intense satisfactions.
