The Bourgogne Pinot Noir De l'Aube a l'Aube by Domaine Maryse Chatelain is a wine that on the nose offers aromas of red fruits followed by spicy and earthy notes. The sip is dense and rich, supported by pure tannin and a lot of freshness that makes the sip pleasant and drinkable. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation carried out in barrique with 10 days of maceration and a subsequent refinement of 18 months in new 600 liter barrels. Bottled by gravity, it is unfiltered and no sulfur is used.
