Himmel auf Erden by Christian Tschida is a red wine that comes from a blend of Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon. Spontaneous fermentation in open vat with maceration of about two months and aging in large oak barrels. No clarification, filtration or stabilization and no addition of chemicals. The label is a tribute to the Austrian artist Alfred Hrdlicka.

Achille di Case Corini is a wine resulting from a vinification of red grapes. It is an elegant wine in its rusticity, with aromas of berries, dried plum, undergrowth, tobacco, cinchona, rhubarb, notes of aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, crunchy with tannins in evidence and a very good persistence

The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. After harvesting the grapes by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously in a concrete tank. Stabilization is natural. Refine in large barrels before being bottled after 4 or 5 years after the harvest without any filtration. A wine that has a ruby red color with orange reflections. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of flowers and red fruit, followed by spicy notes. The taste is full-bodied, tannic with a sweet aftertaste.

The Faugères by Domaine Leon Barral is a red wine of race and personality, obtained from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Carignano. Vinification with 50% destemming, spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 30 days in 130 hl cement vats. Racking, malolactic fermentation and aging on the fine lees in concrete vats for 2 years. A wine of great and very pure expression of this territory, with tannins of good maturity, for a long, but fresh and drinkable finish.
