The Clos Maire cuvée of Domaine Ratte is obtained from the vinification of a winning combination such as Trousseau and Pinot Noir. The grapes are destemmed directly in the vineyard, manually and the grapes arrive intact in the cellar: a semi-carbonic maceration gives this wine a lot of freshness and an exceptional fruitiness.

Domaine de la renardiere's Ploussard is a red wine with a great personality and a fresh and frank profile, produced with Ploussard grapes. Refine 12 months in large barrels. It is ruby red in color. The nose releases aromas of red fruit with floral and vinous notes. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and pleasant to drink.
