Fato di Sistema Vinari is a red wine that comes from a blend of Callet, Manto Negro, Garnatxa Peluda, Fogoneu Mallorqui, Fogoneu Frances and other native varieties that come from old vines located in Felanitx and Porreres, on the characteristic red clay soils of the island of Mallorca. It matures in old barrels for a year, helping to develop complexity and structure.
