Rosso RS is a wine that comes from a blend of Merlot and Pinolo, which come from vines grown on soils consisting mainly of "ponka", the typical soil of Oslavia and its surroundings, composed of marl, sandstone and limestone which gives local wines a unique texture . Aging in oak barrels for about 3 years before resting 6 months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of spices and coffee. On the palate it is clean, soft, supported by a nice acid shoulder and a long persistence.

Li Sureddi Rosso by Antichi Vigneti Manca is a red wine of great density and slightly sweetish as per the Romangia winemaking tradition. Obtained from Cannonau grapes, it is aged in cement for 24 months. The hot sip and the sugary residue are answered by a crunchy fruit and a fresh, salty and sometimes vegetable drink for a perfect balance.

The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo by Emidio Pepe is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from vineyards located on clayey soils worked with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation in 22 and 30 hl vitrified concrete tanks without pumping over and aging on the fine lees in vitrified concrete tanks for 2 years. Hand-bottled without filtration, bottle aging. Before being put on the market, it is decanted by hand from bottle to bottle. Intense ruby red color. Intense hints of red fruit and spices. Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.
