The Rosso Versante Nord is a wine obtained from a blend consisting mainly of Nerello Mascalese, and the remainder from Nerello Capuccio, Alicante and Grenache. Refine for two winters in Slavonian oak barrels. It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose aromas of red fruit, including cherry and plum, with mineral and blood notes. In the mouth it is classy, elegant with a beautiful mineral trace, characterized by a subtle tannic texture and a finish of great personality and persistence

Grapes: 80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Capuccio, Alicante and Grenache.
Alcohol content: 14.5%.
Aging: 2 years in barrels.

Maldafrica is obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in underground terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. It continues its aging in Slavonian barrels for 12 months. It is a ruby red wine with aromas reminiscent of a Sicilian summer evening: spices, aromatic herbs and capers. In the mouth it is soft, juicy with delicate tannins.

Aging: Slavonian barrels for 12 months.
