The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of currant jelly, raspberry, with a slightly spicy touch. On the palate it is complex, elegant and surprisingly long.

Yann Chave's Crozes-Hermitage Rouge is made from 100% Syrah grapes. Maceration on the skins for 20 days. After racking, it refines for 10 months in exhausted 500-litre barrels. On the nose hints of red fruit, cherry, with notes of tobacco, Taggiasca pâté, black pepper and floral notes. In the mouth it is elegant and slender, soft tannins with beautiful freshness.

Tattouine di Matassa is a red wine made from 90% Grenache Gris grapes, and 10% Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes come from century-old vineyards located on rocky soils. Manual grape harvest and soft pressing done in a small vat with the feet. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of 3 weeks for grapes coming from a parcel of shale. Light alcohol content and scents of fruit and spices for a light, slender and thirst-quenching sip.
