The Scapigliato, called by the producers "vino da merenda", is a still red wine obtained from the union of native Tuscan vines such as Ciliegiolo, Aleatico and other red berry varieties. It is a light ruby red color tending to pink. The nose offers fruity and floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and delicate, with a slight tannin and a dreadful drink.
