The Chianti by Casale is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes that come from old 50-year-old vines grown in biodynamic. It ages for eight years in a concrete tank and 2 years in a large chestnut barrel. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of ripe red berry fruit, dried fruit, floral with notes of incense. The sip is very large and elegant, with integrated tannins and good freshness. Closes persistently.

The Chianti Podere Gamba di San Ferdinando is a wine obtained from a blend of Sangiovese, which is vinified in steel, and Pugnitello in truncated conical oak vats. The two wines are subsequently assembled in oval oak barrels where they remain for eight months. Nose of cherry, aromatic herbs with hints of leather and liquorice. Fleshy.

The Trentennale by Paradiso di Manfredi is a red wine of great complexity, a concentrate of finesse, structure and depth. An enveloping downgraded Brunello, full and soft in the mouth, a grandiose wine with tannins that gently caress the palate. A real must! It takes the name of "Trentennale" in honor of the 30th bottling year of Paradiso di Manfredi.
