Lagrein di Muri - Gries is a red wine with character, with feet firmly on the ground but, at the same time, ready to take off. The grapes ripen in the vineyards of the sunny Bolzano basin at 260 m a.s.l., rooted in a soil sandy alluvial facing south. Refine in large 30-50 hl wooden barrels. This Lagrein has an intense purple-red colour; the nose is inviting, broad and complex with notes of violet, chocolate, ripe plum and spices. With an elegant palate, it convinces with its velvety structure, dense tannins and light bitter almond tones.

“P19” by Criante is a Perricone-based red wine. 6 days of maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging on the fine lees for 8 months. Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore di Scala is an intense and warm red wine obtained from pure gaglioppo grapes. The grapes come from vines whose average age is around 30 years, which grow at about 200 meters above sea level on a clayey and calcareous soil. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar, and here they are softly pressed, then macerating on the skins for 15 days and fermenting in concrete tanks. In the same tanks the wine rests for 24 months.

The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo by Emidio Pepe is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from vineyards located on clayey soils worked with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation in 22 and 30 hl vitrified concrete tanks without pumping over and aging on the fine lees in vitrified concrete tanks for 2 years. Hand-bottled without filtration, bottle aging. Before being put on the market, it is decanted by hand from bottle to bottle. Intense ruby red color. Intense hints of red fruit and spices. The Dolcetto di Dogliani SuperioreValdibà by San Fereolo is a fresh and medium-structured wine produced with the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyards located on the south-east and north-west side of the San Fereolo hill. It has a beautiful ruby red color with violet reflections, typical aromas of red fruit, blueberry, cherry, blackberry and vegetable notes. On the palate it is vinous, fresh, with unobtrusive tannins, it closes long with an almondy finish.

Damiano Ciolli's Silene, named after a very common flower from the countryside of Olevano Romano, is obtained from a careful selection of Cesanese from 4 different vineyards, planted at different times. Refine in concrete tanks for about a year. A perfectly successful wine with a brilliant ruby red color with characteristic aromas of black cherries and violets. On the palate it is fresh, agile with a remarkable persistence in spite of the slender structure.
