Retromarcia is a red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes that come from vineyards consisting of Galestro, limestone and sandstone. With the name Retromarcia, the Schmelzer family wants to underline a return to the natural elegance and charm of Sangiovese. The vinification and maturation recalls a more traditional style of Chianti Classico.Fermentation and vinification in cement and stainless steel, aging for 18 months in large barrels. The result is a fresh and fruity wine, medium-bodied, balanced, with a beautiful structure, juicy acidity and a long finish.

The "5" from Fattoria le Boncie is a red wine obtained from a blend of Sangiovese, Mammolo, Foglia Tonda and Colorino. Aging of about 8 months in wooden barrels. The color is intense ruby red with a nose that expresses fruity notes, Mediterranean scrub and spices. In the mouth it is fleshy with a soft tannin and a marked acidity. Fantastic drinking wine.

Ciliegiolo by San ferdinando is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from vineyards located on clayey soils, rich in skeleton. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks followed by an aging of 6 months in the same tanks. A wine with a very characteristic nose of red fruit and spicy notes.
