"M'Arricriu" by Domaine De l'Agramante is a red wine obtained from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Counoise, which come from the vineyards located on the sandy soils in Sabran. 12 days of maceration on the skins, 5 months of aging in steel, assembly of the parcels before bottling, no filtration or clarification.

The Chat Fou is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan red grapes with a small percentage of a white berry variety, Cinsault. It has a ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of currant jelly, raspberry, with a slightly spicy touch. On the palate it is complex, elegant and surprisingly long.

Spontaneous vinification and maceration for 10 to 21 days in wooden vats or stainless steel tanks. Refines in used oak barriques for 6 months. Explosive nose, violet, freshly roasted coffee beans, stone. In the mouth the wine develops a powerful structure, blended tannins and good acidity. Harmonious finish on fruity notes. Great drinkability.
