Presto by AB Initio is a rich and fruity white wine, obtained from a blend of Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche, Chardonnay that come from the Rhone Valley from organic and biodynamic farms and to which Emmanuel Roblin is linked by a friendship and of extreme confidence. He vinifies his cuvée in steel, concrete and amphorae tanks with minimal intervention, giving life to a wine of great style and personality.

The Chardonnay of Domaine Ratte is a white wine made from grapes that come from the parcel of Grand Curoulet where the soil is rich in fossils, a peculiarity that gives the wine a mineral side that goes well with its roundness and elegance. Rkatsiteli Bakurtsike is a Georgian white wine produced with the grapes of the same name. The vinification takes place in the typical amphorae called "qvevri" with maceration on the skins for a month. Refinement takes place in the same amphorae. Golden amber color in the glass, it has a nose of wild honey, it is dry and unexpectedly full-bodied in the mouth, with notes of walnut and apricot.

Fritz Salomon's Gruner Veltliner Wachrein is a fine and fragrant white wine made from the grapes of the same name. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks, without any contact with the skins. After racking, the wine rests for six months in steel tanks before bottling.

Malvasia "Mala Via" by Santa Colomba is a white wine of pleasant finesse and rich on the nose, obtained from Istrian Malvasia grapes. Grapes that come from a small 40-year-old vineyard located on calcareous-clayey soils. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging for 10 months in steel.

Jakot is a white wine macerated briefly on Friulano-based skins. The grapes come from vineyards located among the beautiful hills of the Slovenian Brda and bred by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Refine in acacia wood barrels.
