He vinifies his cuvée in steel, concrete and amphorae tanks with minimal intervention, giving life to a wine of great style and personality.

Rkatsiteli Bakurtsike is a Georgian white wine produced with the grapes of the same name. The vinification takes place in the typical amphorae called "qvevri" with maceration on the skins for a month. Refinement takes place in the same amphorae. Golden amber color in the glass, it has a nose of wild honey, it is dry and unexpectedly full-bodied in the mouth, with notes of walnut and apricot.

Jakot is a white wine macerated briefly on Friulano-based skins. The grapes come from vineyards located among the beautiful hills of the Slovenian Brda and bred by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Refine in acacia wood barrels.
