"Madrighe" by Ilaria Addis is a white wine of great charm, captivating and saline. The grapes come from vines about 30 years old, which are found on granite soils. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration for about 4 days in contact with the skins. The wine ages for a few months in steel. Too bad they are only 1300 specimens. A breath of freshness and flavor will accompany your table.
