Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity. Obtained from pure chenin blanc grapes which come from small plots located on soil characterized by clayey sands, rich in quartz. Refines for 12 months in used wooden barrels. Given their goodness and very limited production volume, Mai & Kenji wines are almost impossible to find. If a bottle passes by, know that now is the perfect time to drink it.

Obtained from Muscadet grapes, fermentation takes place in an underground tank, naturally for about 1 month. The Dzi by Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques is a mineral wine with delicate fruit aromas that comes from a blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay in equal parts. The grapes come from vineyards located on clayey-limestone soils in Montigny-lès-Arsures. After manual harvesting, they are de-stemmed and macerated separately for ten days before being pressed and assembled. Refine for 12 months in barrique.
