Le Rayon by Thomas Puéchavy is a Chenin Blanc based white wine produced in the Loire Valley. Aging for about 9 months in old oak tonneaux. No filtration or addition of sulfites. The result is a wine with aromas of white flowers and aromatic herbs, very mineral and iodized notes. The mouth follows in the footsteps of the nose, revealing itself as refined, fresh and elegant. Quartz Blanc is a wine that comes from sauvignon blanc grapes that come from a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz. The grapes ferments in used barriques, where they are subsequently aged for 18 months. As soon as uncorked, the nose is shy with light notes of green apple.
