The Piana dei Castelli Bianco is a wine made from local white grapes that come from vineyards that grow on volcanic soils rich in tuff and iron. It is a straw yellow color. On the nose the olfactory picture is harmonious, with floral aromas, and aromas of ripe fruit. The taste is soft, full bodied, ample, fleshy, with a beautiful structure, dense and fragrant, and a typical nutty flavor in the finish.

Biancoperso is a fresh and mineral white wine obtained from a blend of local white grapes, which is aged in steel and cement. It is golden yellow in color.
