Grigio by Piana dei Castelli is a fresh, pleasant and dynamic wine, obtained from white grapes from calcareous soils. The fermentation is spontaneous without the addition of yeasts with maceration on the skins for 2 days. Refines 3 years in cement on the fine lees. The wine does not undergo any stabilization or filtration.

The Bianchetto di Le Coste di Gradoli is a wine obtained from a blend of local white grapes that come from the youngest vineyards.Refine for a few months in the same vats on their fine lees. No clarification, stabilization or filtration and no use of chemicals in winemaking. A white wine rich in hints of white-fleshed fruit, juicy, which makes freshness and drinkability its main characteristics.

Boombox by SETE is a white wine that recalls the taste of bitter orange and the aromas of Mediterranean scrub berries, myrtle and mastic above all. Thero by Aurete is an excellent white wine from a blend of local white grapes that grow on clayey-clay soils. Spontaneous fermentation in amphora with maceration on the skins for 45 days. Aging on fine lees for 5 months in Artenova amphora. To be enjoyed in friendship and lightheartedness.

Litrozzo Bianco from the Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a pure and wild white wine obtained from a blend of local biamnche grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Bianco is straw yellow in color. The nose recognizes vivid and defined hints of white pulp fruit. On the palate it is warm and fresh, perfectly balanced with a good finish. Ideal wine for summer friends.
