La Peur Du Rouge by Le Temps des Cerises is a white wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay and Clairette. Chardonnay macerates for 10 days in whole bunches and, after pressing, is added to the Clairette must. Refine in steel for 9 months. A crunchy wine, pure fruit, of excellent drinkability.

Splendid white wine in a dry version obtained from Muscat à petit-grain grape. The grapes that are not destemmed are pressed with the feet, and fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled in the month of May following the harvest without adding sulfur. The nose is complex and intriguing, with floral aromas, citrus notes and mineral hints. On the palate it is warm, aromatic, intense, with soft fruity notes and a good freshness freshness.

Memo by Mataburro is a mineral white wine, very fresh, crunchy, full of small white berried fruits and citrus peel. Produced with macabeu grapes that come from 70-year-old vines. Vinification with short maceration on the skins, and aging in steel. Chapeau!

Domaine de Majas Côtes Catalanes PGI Majas Blanc is a white wine obtained from a blend of Rolle, Macabeu, and Carignan Blanc. Refine for 8 months in steel. The nose has floral and fruity aromas, with notes of white peach and citrus. On the palate, the sip is fresh, mineral, tense. Long and rich finish.
